Shipping Instructions
Please package your drive carefully. Drives can become damaged in shipping if
not properly packaged.
- Wrap the drive in an anti-static bag or material.
- Package the drive well, and surround it with at least an inch of good packing materials
on every side, such as foam or bubble wrap. The drive should not be able to move inside of
the box.
- Please send the drive in a box, not in an envelope.
- Your shipping service, not Mobile Tech Corporation, supplies any insurance for the
drive. If you require insurance, check the insurance box on the waiver form and include
the value of the unit. Your shipping service will only insure the cost of replacing the
hardware should damage occur, not the data
- Write "Fragile Handle With Care" on the side of the package.
Make sure you include:
- Return mailing address. Your shipping service cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.
- A valid shipping service account number or credit card number for return shipping.
- Completed Repair Request Form.
